"Supreme Refinish" and
Rick and Rainer's BMW
633 CSi (Igor)
20 Oct 19:  Apparently someone thought Igor was parked too far back and hit him.  Good thing is
that the perpetrator  was a guest of one of our neighbors which made a "left a note" accident versus
a "hit and run".  Igor was hit hard enough to be pushed forward 6 feet and wheels on the curb even
though my parking brake was engaged.
Left:  Impact pushed
Igor on to the curb!
Was previously
parked parallel to the
curb
Trunk lid is also bent
Above:  Car was pushed 6 feet forward even
though the parking brake was engaged.
After a it was determined that the car was not a loss it was taken to "Supreme Refinish".  (Supreme
Refinish is in quotes because they are anything but supreme),  Below are pictures what the car
looked like when I first got it back.
At a first glance, "Supreme
Refinish" left a huge mess in the
trunk. They did not think it is customer
service to clean this up.
"Supreme Refinish"  "Installed" the tail light and
did not find it necessary to connect it,  Was
maybe too hard to do?  Needless to say that
certainly is a safety hazard but why would
:Supreme Refinish" care?  They got their
money and the safety of their customers does
not  matter anymore!  They also installed the
rustiest piece you could find so I was
inconvenienced finding an acceptable part and
install it
"Supreme Refinish" the unfinished
version.  Attention to detail is not
"Supreme Refinish's" strong point as it
is obvious here. Also see below how
they barely mounted the parts.  I was
lucky not to lose anything on the way
Trunk lid alignment?  Certainly a
foreign word to "Supreme
Refinish"!  As a matter of fact, the
lid was so far back that it was
next to impossible to open the
trunk.  THIS is how I got my car
back!

The cracks here appeared shortly
after I picked up the car.  Josh's
comment?  "That was caused by
the accident".  There I thought
that I brought the car there to
have the matter of the accident
taken care of.  The cracks were
not there when I brought the car
there
Do you also like the way they matched the color?  Josh actually told me that "this was the best they could do".  It is
primer and not paint and with primer and there is nothing you can do to change the color.  In a way I don't care since
one of these days the car will be painted but the nerve that man has to try to sell this as a paint mix is outrageous.

1 October 2021: The "work" that was done by those amateurs was done in February of 2020 and this is what it looks
like now.  I think there is no explanation needed.  The pictures speak volumes!  I sent those pictures to Josh of
"Supreme Refinish" and he actually had me come there because "he had to look at it".  It is obvious to me what is
going on looking at those pictures.  Josh probably needed more time to cook up some more lame excuses like "there
is a lot of rust under there" (the paint job was intact when the accident happened so I have no idea where all of a
sudden that "rust" came from),  Also note how much this "paint job" has bleached out!  Neither of these colors
matches the paint that Igor has on.
You may guessed right; "Supreme
Refinish" Josh refused to take care of
the matter and threw all the lame
excuses at me,  At first I thought about
taking them to court but why?  To get
another lousy job done on my car?

No thanks!  They will never put a
hand on any of my vehicles!
Amateur hour is over!
If you can help it, avoid 560 E Bijou St, Colorado
Springs!  The job you may get does not last long!
